The Windsor Town Board has formed an Historical Windsor Advisory Committee. This committee has been initiated to address the Town's historic preservation needs and to engage more people in the Windsor community in the continued preservation and promotion of its 200 year old history.
The Historic Windsor Advisory Committee held its first meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at the Town Hall. There were ten people present, with another two people on the committee but unable to attend the meeting. In addition to these members, we are currently looking for anyone who would like to participate in our efforts to gather historical Windsor information that we are hoping to someday display in a Town of Windsor Museum.
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 7:00PM at the Windsor Town Hall, and we would love to see you there!
