LeWayne H. Colwell has been a Councilman for the Town of Windsor since 1980 and has lived in Windsor for over 50 years.
LeWayne is also partner / owner of Colwell Brothers Construction for over 36 years.
In January 2005, LeWayne was recognized for 25 years of service.
On a personal note, LeWayne has four grown children and 11 grandchildren.
