I will be out on the road looking at new construction and reassessing houses (if I'm not out on the road, I will be in my office, so call before coming to see me) and 1:00PM - 4:00PM - I will be in my office.
I will also make appointments during these afternoon hours to meet with town property owners.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE STAR PROGRAM:
- STAR exemptions apply ONLY to SCHOOL taxes.
- If you are under 65 when you apply for the STAR exemption, you may complete the form. Once approved, it will continue yearly WITHOUT re-application until:
- 1) You sell your home, or
- 2) You turn 65. (When you turn 65, you must RE-APPLY!)
Remember that once you reach age 65, you must RE-APPLY. Then, each year thereafter, you should get a renewal in the mail, (because you must reapply each year). If you are over 65 and have filed and do NOT receive a renewal form in the beginning of each year, please contact the Assessor's office! If you are over 65 at the time of your first application, simply fill out the form and you should get yearly renewals after that.
